100%- On-Site- Monday-Friday 9am- 5:30pm- could potentially be hybrid later but not guarantee-.
Last day/First day of business month may require late stays up to 8pm est to cover booking of portfolios.
POSITION: Operations Specialist (Level III)
FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Fulltime
LOCATION: Atlanta GA 30308
SCHEDULE: Listed above
PAY RANGE: $20.00 22.29 hourly
(Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)
ASSIGNMENT: 07/28/2025 to 01/18/2027
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Production support: Uploading mass changes portfolio uploads for funding database changes
- Additional project work during migration may be assigned based on skill set: Report development testing validation coordination with line of business
- Support with agile process (prioritizing and testing changes and defects for release to production)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Excel
- SQL writing skills/preferably using Oracle Toad Data point or Tableau/Alteryx
- Strong Accounting skills
- Minimum 4-year degree in Accounting Finance or related field
Preferred:
- Leasing experience
- Familiar with Alfa software for Leasing Accounting
- Familiar with Agile practices for change management
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Use of computers and technology
