Project Mgmt Transformation & Strategy - Project Mgmt Transformation & StrategyResponsibilities:
- Provide technical support training and problem resolution for ILI New Business Case Management and New Business Support
- Troubleshoot report and communicate platforms issues
- Lead and assist with various projects across new business including but not limited to; release day preparations product changes audits platform updates
- Assist with process analysis and process improvement efforts
- Advanced planning and communication of system release and procedure updates across New Business
- Partner with Systems and Support in researching and resolving complex issues and escalations
- Represent New Business in supporting technical project requirements and participating in business requirement walkthroughs
Qualifications
- 2 Years of New Business Case Management experience
- Takes ownership of problems and demonstrates a sense of urgency with resolving problems/issues
- Customer Service/Customer Experience (CX) Mindset Keeps the needs of the client and advisor front of mind
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and assignments
- Effectively leads meetings conducts training and guides stakeholders to resolution
- Organized and effectively prioritizes and manages workload to ensure that strict deadlines are met
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively and build professional relationships
- Writing proofreading and editing various forms of written and digital communications
- Exceptional attention to detail and desire to produce quality work
- Ability to research problem solve and take action to produce quality outcomes

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $72900.00 to $108600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills.Market competitive base salaries with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
