POSITION: Director of NCAA Compliance
SUPERVISOR: Assistant Vice President for Athletics/Director of Athletics

General Job Description
The Compliance Director is responsible for institutional control of all athletic programs relative to GMAC and NCAA legislation as required by NCAA Division II membership. They are also responsible for the monitoring of systems that assist the University in complying with all University GMAC and NCAA rules and regulations governing intercollegiate athletics operations. The Compliance Director will personally coordinate and direct coaches and monitor the recruitment admission continuing and initial eligibility of student-athletes in all sports programs.

Bachelors degree plus two or more years of related experience.

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit stand and instruct student-athletes for long positions may involve frequent bending moving lifting and carrying material weighing up to 50 pounds; some positions may involve moving lifting and carrying material weighing up to 70 pounds; standing up to eight hours each day; working in all weather conditions; exposure to high noise levels and requiring wearing hearing protection.
