Job Description
As aRetail Activations Representativeyou will take inbound customer calls for device activation listen to and answer customer questions and ensures that every customer has a positive experience with Best Buy Health. You will make the best recommendation for products plans and value-added services that can sometimes even save a customers life. A successful team member will fully explain the benefits and value of our life-saving products and services. Were looking for candidates who excel at problem solving kind and direct communication and are performance driven.
Targeted Pay: $19/hr base pay plus uncapped commission plan.
This role is remote but may involve occasional onsite collaboration at our Best Buy Health office. For this role you must be located within a commutable distance to Reno Nevada. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What youll do
- Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from retail customers providing relevant and accurate information on products and services
- Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions
- Present and sell new products and additional value-added services
- Maintain performance based on goals and objectives
- Maintain strong knowledge of all wireless products accessories pricing plans promotions and service features offered
- Receive back to back calls while maintaining excellent verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional energetic and positive attitude.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales/retail activations or another environment with a strong customer focus
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer skills including typing and prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to meet and/or exceed sales quotas
