This leadership role involves managing a team of retention representatives focused on solving client issues maintaining satisfaction and ensuring long-term relationships with families and patients. The ideal candidate will have strong team management experience a problem-solving mindset and a deep understanding of home care services and client needs.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee and lead a team of client retention representatives
Identify service issues and implement solutions to improve client satisfaction
Train and coach staff on best practices in client communication and problem resolution
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor client retention metrics and develop strategies to reduce churn
Maintain regular contact with clients to build trust and loyalty
Ideal Qualifications:
3 years of experience in client retention or service management preferably in home care or healthcare
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service-oriented environment
