As a Client Support Representative youll play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive the best service possible. Youll help them with inquiries issues and product information providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries across various channels (phone email and chat)
Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products and services
Solve customer issues and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction
Record all customer interactions and update the system accordingly
Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to improve service quality
Follow up on cases and ensure timely resolutions
Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken)
Good command of English
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office CRM software etc.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
