Our client is an Australian-based business operations service provider specialising paraplanning accounting auditing administration. As we continue our expansion into the USA and other global markets we seek a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to become part of our dynamic and growing team for our US market.
Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Executive youll play a key role in supporting a US based client by:
- Recording and posting daily financial transactions
- Organizing and maintaining financial records
- Preparing financial reports (balance sheets income statements)
- Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
- Applying accrual accounting principles to allocate revenue and costs
- Reviewing Profit & Loss statements for accuracy
- Assisting with variance analysis and ad hoc financial tasks
- Collaborating with accountants and cross-functional teams
Qualifications & Requirements:
Were seeking someone who is proactive analytical and thrives in a structured environment. Youll need:
- A degree or professional qualification in Accounting
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with US BPO experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Xero and DEXT
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPS SUMIFs macros)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy
- Initiative to improve processes and work independently
