Location: Coimbatore Tamil Nadu India
Type: Paid Internship Full-Time
Duration: 3 months with potential for extension or full-time role based on performance.

Job Summary
Mevive International is seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Intern with strong writing skills and a background in food technology to support our digital marketing efforts. The intern will assist in creating engaging content managing online platforms and promoting our brand in the food ingredients industry. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing within a dynamic growth-oriented company.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write and edit compelling content for blogs social media posts email campaigns and website updates highlighting Mevive Internationals food ingredients such as dehydrated vegetables fruit powders and spices. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and appeals to B2B clients in the food industry.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn Instagram etc.) by creating and scheduling posts engaging with followers and analysing performance metrics to increase brand visibility.
- SEO and Website Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize website content for search engines incorporating relevant keywords related to food ingredients and food technology. Update product descriptions on to enhance user experience.
- Email Marketing: Support the development of email campaigns to promote products and engage with clients leveraging knowledge of food technology to craft targeted messages.
- Market Research: Conduct research on food industry trends competitors and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and content development.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics providing insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Head and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and product launches.
Qualifications
- Education: Current enrolment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Food Technology Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Skills:
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear engaging and professional content tailored to the food industry.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO social media and email marketing.
- Familiarity with food technology food ingredients or the food processing industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics Canva or social media management platforms (e.g. Hootsuite) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience: Prior experience in content writing digital marketing or internships in the food industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attributes: Creative proactive eager to learn and able to work independently and in a team environment.
