Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the execution of all electrical and instrumentation installation works on the construction site.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes standards specifications and HSE requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and other discipline leads to ensure timely progress and resolution of site issues.
Monitor daily work activities and progress against the construction schedule.
Ensure quality inspections and testing are carried out as per the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
Participate in daily coordination meetings safety walks and toolbox talks.
Review method statements risk assessments and permit-to-work systems.
Provide technical guidance to field crews and subcontractors.
Verify material availability drawings and resources prior to work execution.
Support in the resolution of field technical queries and interface issues.
Ensure proper documentation of installation records redlines and as-built drawings.
Assist in punch listing pre-commissioning and commissioning support as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Instrumentation or related Engineering discipline.
E&I experience in industrial construction (preferably oil & gas petrochemical or mining sectors).
Proven experience in site supervision of electrical and instrumentation works.
Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (IEC NEC ISA etc.).
Familiarity with hazardous area installations (Ex equipment).
Excellent leadership communication and coordination skills.
Strong HSE awareness and commitment.
