Our client a well-regarded independent estate agency is seeking a confident and ambitious Sales Negotiator to help drive new business close deals and deliver outstanding customer service.
This is a perfect next step if youre currently working as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Manager and looking to develop your career in a thriving and supportive environment.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Generating and attending market appraisals and valuations
- Securing new instructions and listings
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Assisting in daily branch operations and contributing to business growth
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential sales (essential)
- Proven track record of winning instructions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Target driven with a proactive mindset
- Full UK driving licence
