We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Apprentice to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting childrens learning particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
The successful candidate will support children with SEND needs within a classroom context not necessarily in a 1:1 capacity but primarily working with small groups of children to help them engage and progress in their learning. This role offers valuable experience for those looking to begin a career in education with full training provided including phonics early maths teaching and classroom support strategies.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end
The successful candidate will obtain a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship standard qualification.
Each apprentice will have their own dedicated tutor who will conduct monthly remote tutorials and reviews providing continuous support throughout the apprenticeship program. Depending on the apprentices needs the frequency of these sessions may vary.

Potential full-time employment for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Pre-employment checks.
