This is for the person who understands that rehabilitationisntjust about offering advice; its about rolling up your sleeves and pro-actively supporting someone on their journey
About the Role:
In this role youll work in the Ingeus hub providing one-to-one support to a caseload of participants as they reintegrate into society. As a key member of a dedicated team youll help individuals overcome barriers build confidence take steps towards training or employment and make meaningful steps toward rehabilitation.
This is a demanding yet deeply rewarding role. Youll be working in a challenging environment with individuals who have complex needs and may be hesitant to engage. However when you help someone break the cycle and take real steps toward transforming their life the impact is truly life-changingfor them and for you.
