Pricing Strategy Manager UK & Ireland

As our new Pricing Strategy Manager for the UK & Ireland youll play a critical role in shaping pricing and investment strategies that drive sustainable growth supplier success and bottom-line impact.
This role is ideal for a senior analyst with some mentorship/managerial experience looking to step into a leadership role ora manager in the early stages of their leadership careereager to make a measurable impact in a high-growth environment.
What Youll Do
Optimise Profit Margins: Design and implement pricing strategies that balance customer value and long-term profitability across markets.
Run the Numbers: Leverage promotional levers brand pricing initiatives and supplier investment strategies to improve financial performance.
Forecast Like a Pro: Partner with Finance to lead profitability planning scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support strategic planning.
Solve Big Problems: Use your analytical toolkit (Excel SQL Python R BigQuery) to uncover insights and solve complex ambiguous business challenges.
Deliver Insights: Monitor business performance trends identify risks and opportunities and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Work across Finance Marketing Supplier Partnerships Engineering and Analytics to align strategies and improve tools.
Mentor & Lead: Guide junior analysts and foster a high-performance culture within a collaborative 5-person team.
What Youll Bring
Proven experience in pricing finance analytics strategy consulting or a similarly quantitative field
Proven ability to work with and interpret large datasets to influence commercial strategy
Proficiency in SQL BigQuery Excel and other analytical tools (Python/R a plus)
Strong business acumen and commercial intuition - you understand how pricing impacts customer behaviour supplier performance and business goals
A natural problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning data into strategic action
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - confident working across levels and departments
Background in eCommerce retail or consumer goods is beneficial but not essential
