At Elis we provide critical textile hygiene and facility services to healthcare providers across the UK. Our Leicester site is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to help ensure our customers receive the outstanding service and support that enables them to deliver safe high-quality care.
As a Customer Service Administrator you will be the first point of contact for internal and external queries handling everything from day-to-day orders to complaint resolution. Youll work in a fast-paced collaborative environment where your attention to detail communication skills and commitment to service excellence will directly support healthcare operations across the region.

Customer Support & Communication
Manage and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Handle complaints at the customer site and coordinate solutions through to resolution.
Ensure feedback (Voice of the Customer - VOC) is communicated to management.
Notify customers promptly of delivery shortfalls and keep them informed of order progress.
Promote and support customers using the Connect ordering system.
Administrative & Operational Duties
Accurately record and process customer orders via phone or email.
Escalate any issues that require management intervention.
Perform reception and general admin duties as required.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Completing & accurate recording of KPI information
Running and manipulating customer reports within Excel and Power BI.
Team Collaboration & HR Support
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues across departments.
Provide administrative cover for HR-related tasks such as onboarding leavers and sickness.
Assist with the submission of payroll data when covering.
Were looking for someone who is:
Experienced in customer service and administration (ideally in a healthcare or service-driven environment).
A strong communicator with a professional solution-focused approach.
Organised efficient and detail-oriented.
IT literate and comfortable working with internal systems and Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently but also thrive as part of a supportive team.
