Are you passionate about optimizing operations and driving efficiency across complex supply networks Were looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner (Flow Controller) to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
In this role youll be responsible for forecasting demand managing inventory levels and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align supply with business needs. Youll leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions mitigate risks and contribute to the overall success of our supply chain operations.
What will you do
- Define and update the parameters of supply and stock management including ramp-up & ramp-down to achieve the target service level while reducing unhealthy stock and express cost.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of key data: Lead Time Quantity Stocking policy.
- Manage the continuous needs/resources balance (MRP) for raw material components sub-assemblies and finished products.
- Work with Suppliers to manage the customer needs and improve their performance through root cause actions/8D/Kaizen event.
- Manages planning/delivery for Large projects to ensure warehouse availability
What skills and capabilities will make you successful
- Proficient with using computers and familiar with applications (access excel etc.).
- Effective communication facilitation and strong negotiation skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to plan and organize effectively and has strong decision-making skills.
- Experience with conflict management and resolution.
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role
- Degree preferred not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education.
- Have experience in a manufacturing setting
- SAP experience is preferred but not required
- 1-3 years in Planning and Procurement
