Job Description:
Receives incoming requests from customers and/or vendors executes orders provides quotes checks shipment status etc. Analyzes customer needs and provides solutions.
Provides administrative or technical support to ensure effective on-going operations. Applies knowledge of established processes and procedures to execute with excellence.
Requires advanced skills and expertise in a variety of work processes or activities. Anticipates patterns and links; looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications. Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems. Works autonomously within established procedures and practices. May act as a team lead coordinating the work of others but not a supervisor.
OTHER CRITERIA:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $48000/year to 88000/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and education/training and a candidates work experience.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
