Primary Responsibilities:
- Effectively plan execute monitor and close projects using principles methods and standard techniques that are appropriate to ensure project success.
- Develop appropriate planning documents including project plans charters and schedules etc. Develops requirements to determine scope effort schedule time frame staffing requirements allotment of available resources to various phases of the projects and metrics.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining project-level schedules (to include 2-week look-ahead and job materials planning)
- Develop appropriate project plans such as a communications plan quality assurance plan resource plan procurement plan deployment plan etc.
- Manage a project including issue/risk identification and resolution change management reporting and internal/external communication financial management including project profitability
- Identify and implement project change requests including Risk Assessment plans.
- Set and manage expectations with Internal/external customers and subcontractor labor
- Ensure effective Quality Assurance/Quality Control mechanisms are being adhered to
- Conduct project closeout activities including turnover to appropriate operations team members.
- Work with other groups and departments directly to ensure a successful project.
- Work with Management team to develop ideas and solutions that can improve delivery quality increase efficiency and reduce costs. Identifies lessons learned and share with organization.
- Support other groups as needs arise.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Participate in EB Security Master-Planning sessions to ensure that Pavion Leadership is equipped with great situational awareness of pending expansion
- Manage Pavion Safety Plans at a project-level
- Procure and schedule contract-mandated customer training
- 5 years of experience in the security industry. Expert knowledge of video and access control systems and security integration
- Understanding of best practices and capable of implementing them within the business
- Ability to function as an effective Team Leader with ability to organize staff workload for effective implementation.
- Decision making skills capable of carrying out responsibilities and fostering team results
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to close projects effectively on time and on budget.
- Ability to adapt contribute and work in team environments and help educate / mentor others. Interacting effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
- Strong communication skills (Written / Verbal). Able to draft technical documentation as required. Capable of conveying topics on a one-on-one basis or group setting. Able to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Results oriented and customer focused
- Must be able to work full-time schedule
- May require travel based on project assignment
- Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Periodic/Random substance testing required
- No clearance required but a bonus if they have (or can obtain) a Secret Clearance
- Former Military would be a bonus due to frequent interactions with US Navy personnel
- Prior experience with Enterprise-level Software House CCURE 9000 and Milestone Video Management implementations preferred if possible
