Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Titan Placement Group is searching for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Pueblo Colorado.

This position is with a community-focused nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to underserved populations.
Salary and Benefits:
- Annual salary: $140000 - $145000 (based on experience)
- Sign On Bonus - $10000

Responsibilities:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; option for a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts
- Clinical hours: 32 per week with 8 administrative hours
- No weekend work required
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems: NextGen (Providers)
- Providers receive a scribe for support
Requirements:
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
- Clear and active license in the State of Colorado
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in an outpatient setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for serving underserved populations
