Location: Phoenix Home Office (Hybrid: 3 days in-office 2 remote)

About the Role:
Were looking for a sharp energetic recruiter with at least 1 year of experience. Youll be hiring Field B2B Sales Representatives (both W-2 and 1099) for markets across the U.S.
This is a hands-on high-impact role where youll partner directly with hiring managers own the full-cycle recruiting process and be the driving force behind our continued expansion.
What Youll Be Doing:
Partner with hiring leaders to understand recruiting needs and priorities
Source candidates through job boards LinkedIn referrals and a little creativity
Screen and interview applicants to assess fit and qualifications
Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed every step of the way
Maintain clean updated records in our ATS (we like tidy systems!)
Attend recruiting events job fairs and virtual hiring pushes
Be a brand ambassador promote our culture values and growth path
What You Bring:
1 year of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
Strong communication and people skills youre a relationship-builder
Great organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple searches at once
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
Familiarity with sales or high-volume recruiting Thats a bonus!
