Job Description
Responsibilities may include:
- Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served in our Youth Program.
- Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
- Ensure individuals service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
- Financial oversight of program.
Requirements for this position include:
- Four-year degree in social services or a related field.
- Previous supervisory/management experience.
- At least four years of Development Disabilities experience.
- At least two of those years in Youth Services.
- Excellent Decision making time management and communication skills.
- Valid Ohio Drivers License with less than 6 point in the last 3 years.
