You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailYou will lead our Google Ads division driving strategy and execution of all Google AdWords campaigns for client accounts. The role demands improving campaign performance (higher conversions better ROAS lower CPA) across e-commerce lead-gen and local store campaigns. Youll also work closely with our Ads team and account managers to deliver outstanding results for clients.
. Ensure strategies cover online sales lead generation and in-store footfall leveraging appropriate campaign types (e.g. Performance Max for omni channel goals)
.Budget Management for ROI: Manage sizable advertising budgets with a focus on maximizing return on ad spend. Continuously adjust bids and budget allocation across campaigns to hit KPI targets (ROAS CPA CTR conversion volume)
.Campaign Monitoring & Analytics: Track daily performance metrics and analyze campaign data using Google Ads and Google Analytics dashboards
. Identify trends and insights (e.g. which ads or keywords drive highest ROI) and systematically optimize based on data.
Performance Reporting: Provide clear periodic reports to both clients and internal management on campaign results. Highlight key metrics (click-through rates cost per click conversion rate CPA ROAS impression share) and explain the impact of optimizations in terms of business outcomes
. Set up attribution and ensure conversion tracking is accurate for transparent reporting.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members for example coordinate with the Meta/Facebook Ads specialist to align cross-channel strategies and with designers for banner creatives. If we onboard junior PPC analysts mentor and train them in best practices. Ensure knowledge sharing of whats working across different client campaigns.
