AV Project Manager
- AV Project Manager
- Reading Berkshire ( client site visits in the South-East region)
- 40000 to 45000 per year

The Opportunity:
Working for a leading provider of innovative Audio-Visual (AV) and integrated technology solutions delivering excellence across commercial and public sector environments you will be involved with the day-to-day management of a high volume of installations across their portfolio of clients.
We are seeking a highly organised technically adept AV Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent AV projects.
This role requires leadership across operational technical and administrative functions to maintain service excellence adhere to contractual SLAs and ensure commercial viability across all deliverables.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in project management within the Audio-Visual or technology integration industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing budgets and protecting margins.
- Sound knowledge of AV systems cabling infrastructure and solution design.
- Ability to read and create technical drawings and cable schedules.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to client service.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clean and valid UK Drivers Licence
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all AV installation projects from initiation to completion ensuring high standards of delivery customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Maintain strong control over project margins and budgets ensuring optimal cost management across all scopes of work.
- Ensure all equipment cabling quotations and installation practices are up to standard.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to schedule coordinate and deliver all projects on time and to specification.
- Provide technical specification cable schedules and drawings as required.
- Oversee the management of all internal and external engineers including compliance with insurance vehicle and PPE requirements.
- Ensure Preventive Maintenance (R&M) and technical training programmes are current and effective.
- Actively drive repeat business and client retention through exceptional execution and quality standards.
