Job description
Term: Full-time permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days with a half-hour unpaid break each day.
Salary: 30000 - 32000 plus generous company benefits

Were looking for aLine Cookto work as part of our team across multiple outlets. We will set the standard for how kitchens can operate with people and the planet at their heart. This isnt your typical cooking jobits a chance to help redefine how kitchens can operate with purpose sustainability and innovation at their core
Job requirements
You are:
Passionate about sustainability and conscious food choices
Curious and unafraid to challenge conventional kitchen norms
Committed to reducing the food industrys environmental impact
Skilled in plant-focused organic cooking
Organised and process-driven with a strong sense of your role in prep and service
A confident communicator and collaborative team player
You have:
A solid understanding of the climate crisis and our role in it
An analytical mindset and a belief in data-driven decisions
Experience with plant-based cooking and a variety of culinary techniques
A good understanding of food safety allergens and HACCP
