Summary:
The Porter in the Hospitality and Tourism industry is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness orderliness and security of the establishment. They assist in landscaping support housekeeping staff provide guest services and respond to guest requests and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the premises
- Assist in landscaping
- Monitor property for maintenance issues and report them
- Support housekeeping staff
- Provide guest services
- Ensure security of the property
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physically fit to meet job demands
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
- Adaptability to changing demands of the establishment.
