Location: Prestons & South West Sydney
Earnings: $150K OTE ($70K$90K base Super Commission & Bonuses)
Hours: 3 weekdays Saturday and Sunday (two rostered days off in the week)

Mckinnel Associates is partnering with a growing family-oriented home builder with over 40 years in the industry to find two Sales Consultants to join their collaborative and high-performing team. This is a builder that invests in training provides modern tools to succeed and celebrates team wins while delivering exceptional homes across Sydneys South West.

Established builder/developer with a 40 year history
Products include House & Land Contract Builds and Spec Homes
Approx. 20 staff including Directors office and sales team (3 Consultants Sales Manager external agents)
New display homes opening soon in Oran Park Leppington Austral Menangle and Wilton

Sales generated through display traffic CRM outreach networking and referrals proactive hunters thrive here
Background in home building real estate sales/leasing or customer-focused sales roles
Adaptable open to feedback and motivated to improve
Resilient proactive and a team player
Willing to embrace company process and contribute to team culture
Demonstrated stability and tenure in past roles
Someone who doesnt rely solely on fed leads and is proactive in generating opportunities
Base salary: approx. $70K$90K Super
Commission: Ready Built & House & Land sales earn $2K$5K each (depending on base salary) Contract sales at 0.8%
Monthly bonuses for Ready Built & House & Land sales
Commission paid 50% at contract signing & 50% at slab stage
On-target earnings: minimum $150K annually quarterly bonuses
Report to the Sales Manager
Engage buyers and deliver exceptional customer service
Conduct tours of display homes and showcase community features
Actively generate sales through outreach referrals networking and display engagement
Manage contracts and ensure smooth handover to construction
Open display homes at least 5 days/week including weekends
Contribute to team culture by supporting colleagues and sharing wins
Background in sales real estate home building or customer service
Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and building strong client relationships
High emotional intelligence resilience and adaptability
Excellent time management presentation and communication skills
Willingness to work weekends and take ownership of results
A proactive genuine and team-first attitude
