Job Description

Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with Sales Team and District Manager and act as a liaison with clients to ensure adequate delivery of Services & Equipment
Scheduling & Logistics coordination of third party trucks & Equipment.
Taking customers calls answering inquires and resolving issues from the field level.
Ensure all direct employees follow NOV HSE Policies Procedures and Standards.
Approve and sign off on all Solids Control Technicians timesheets.
Assist with field ticketing billing and approving POs or parts needed in the field.
Evaluate job performance of Solids Control Technicians in accordance with the applicable Job Descriptions and Progression Guidelines.
Work closely with Management on Special Projects e.g. Equipment upgrades new ideas for efficiency and cost control.
Schedule and dispatch Solids Control Technicians with respect to issues that may arise in the field while taking into consideration the various levels of expertise and training each Technician has.
Closely monitor Cost Tracking and work with the Shop Foreman and District Manager to stay within the allotted budget.
Work closely with HR and District Manager to fulfill all Solids Control Technician hiring and disciplinary actions as necessary.
Correspond regularly with customers to address any field issues in addition to reporting to and coordinating with the District Manager on a regular basis with regards to all field issues to ensure Management is kept up to date.
In conjunction with District Manager ensure that all aspects of equipment are operating within operational guidelines as it relates to safety regulations etc. and ensure that all equipment is serviced regularly appropriately and to NOV standards.
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of NOV business.
Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Specialized trades training/education preferred.
3 years of applicable Solids Control experience.
Ability to be an effective team player work collaboratively and independently and foster a positive company culture.
Intermediate computer skills with MS office applications (Word and Excel)
Knowledge of the operation of Solids Control equipment as per the customer s needs.
Strong organizational skills the ability to prioritize work assignments and the ability to be flexible and work extended hours in order to meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships with clients co-workers and management coupled with ability to deliver exceptional customer service skills.
Strong leadership skills coupled with the ability to mentor train new staff work independently and exercise discretion when making decisions.
Ability to problem solve and work over the phone with Solids Control Technicians in remote locations to resolve any client or service issues.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced work environment.
A valid driver s license.
