A Family Nurse Practitioner is needed in Crestview FL.

Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $90000 - $110000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Monday-Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- Minimum of 19 Patients Per Day
- Outpatient Primary Care
- Patients of All Ages
- Autonomy in Patient Care
Requirements
- Compassionate Care
- New Graduates are Welcome
- Clear and Active APRN License in the State of Florida
- Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Current BLS Certification
