Things Youll Do
- Prepare and manage bids estimates budgets and project resources.
- Oversee construction projects ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Mentor and train interns engineers and field staff.
- Build and maintain relationships with owners subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct detailed project planning including reviewing drawings specifications and contracts.
- Analyze risks recommend cost-effective solutions and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor and resolve construction issues while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
- Utilize software tools such as HCSS Viewpoint and Microsoft Office Suite to track costs schedules and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in construction management Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 35 years of progressive experience in estimating and managing projects.
- Strong interpersonal problem-solving and technical skills.
- Proficiency with construction processes financial analysis and scheduling software.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform ongoing physical tasks.
Yearly Salary: $75000 DOE
