Key job responsibilities - Design and implement scalable software solutions - Write high-quality maintainable code following best practices - Create detailed technical specifications for complex features - Drive technical decisions within the team - Participate in architectural decisions with Senior and Principle Engineers - Operational Excellence: Participate in on-call rotations troubleshoot and resolve production issues identify and implement operational improvements - Collaborate effectively with product managers to refine requirements and other engineering teams on dependencies
- 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2 years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience - Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
