Overview
AmTrusts Product Compliance team is looking for a candidate who occupies an entry level insurance position or is a college graduate and has decided to pursue a career in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
Requirements for consideration:
- Current (or recent insurance) experience with Property & Casualty products; orCollege graduate
- Skilled with the use of Microsoft Office suite of products in particular Word Excel SharePoint and CoPilot. (Experience with SmartSheet is a suitable stand-in for Excel.)
- Excellent attention to detail; strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated team player with the proven ability to prioritize and handle numerous competing demands in a high-volume fast-paced working environment frequently under urgent deadlines
- Builds strong relationships with fellow team members and collaborates effectively
- Inquisitive and a critical thinker who digs deeper into the data to find solutions.
- Quick learner with a strong desire to take on additional responsibilities and stretch outside his/her comfort zone
The ideal candidate will also have the following:
- Experience with ISO forms or rating methods.
- Experience in a role where assessing multiple types or elements of information was needed in order to determine an action or make a recommendation.
