Job Description
1 Resource Group is seeking experienced Generator Technicians to join our clients team of Technicians to cover Northern VA. This is a direct hire position offering great benefits and company perks and one of the top equipment companies in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and repair power generators
- Diagnose and troubleshoot generator issues
- Test and inspect generators to ensure they meet safety standards
- Perform preventative maintenance on generators
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Manage inventory and order parts as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification in Generator Technology preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in generator installation maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of electrical systems and generators
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as needed and work in varying weather conditions
