Calibrate has been retained by a nationally recognized law firm to recruit a Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to join their Washington DC office. This AmLaw 50 firm is known for its collaborative culture global reach and long-standing commitment to excellence and innovation in legal services. Reporting to the senior leadership within the Talent function the Manager will be responsible for executing the firms attorney recruiting and talent development strategy at the local level. This role is instrumental in delivering a seamless experience to attorneys across the lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through professional development and retention.
Key responsibilities:
To be considered for this opportunity candidates must hold a bachelors degree and have a minimum of seven years of relevant experience ideally within a U.S.-based law firm or professional services organization. The Talent Acquisition and Development Manager should demonstrate a deep understanding of attorney recruiting and professional development. The ideal candidate will offer a balance of strategic vision and practical execution with proven expertise in attorney recruiting strong leadership and communication abilities and the capacity to build trusted relationships across all levels of the firm.
