Position: Kindergarten Teacher @ Ben Franklin ElementaryRequested by:Dena Cable-MillerApproved by: Barbara QuackenbushQualifications/Requirements: Applicant must:hold a valid Ohio Elementary teaching license Pre-K-3 Pre-K-3 with 4-5 endorsement K-1-8 certificate/license or Pre-K -3 License w/ reading endorsementbe aware of the social and emotional needs of each individual studentdemonstrate skill in effective classroom management and student engagementuse data to drive instructionbe able to demonstrate knowledge & understanding of the kindergarten studentbe willing to promote activities to build positive self-esteem in elementary level studentsbe committed to providing an educational environment that nurtures academic & personal growth of studentsdemonstrate the ability to differentiate instructionbe open to reviewing current research & actively participating in staff development opportunities to promote personal & professional growth specifically to participate in Literacy training & to implement strategies in daily classroom teachingincorporate technology into the classroomhave the ability to communicate effectively & work cooperatively with students staff & parentsbe willing to work as part of a teambe acceptable to the Building Principal & Assistant Superintendent of Certificated/Licensed PersonnelEffective Starting Date:2025-2026 school yearAdditional Information:Interested candidates please complete OHReap Application and submit resume via email to
