The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative clerical and receptionist support to the various departments.

Major Activities and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails from clients and direct them to relevant staff
- Maintain current policies and procedures
- Account receivables and payables ability to make calls to clients to inquiry for payment
- Ensure all contracts are scheduled and invoiced on time
- Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
- Process outgoing mail and receive deliveries
- Monitoring office supply stock
- Filing duties for the office
- Maintain basic housekeeping
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Requirements:
- Works well in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of multitasking skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Adobe Software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Skill in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Current and Valid Drivers License must be insurable through company insurance policy
- QuickBooks knowledge desired
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- The primary work environment for this position is an office environment.
- The physical demands for this position include light lifting seeing (with a focus on reading color distinction acuity depth perception and peripheral vision) sitting standing talking turning and walking.
