Job Description
Our client is currently seeking Dutch speakers who are willing to work remote from any place in Greece - we provide a relocation package!
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.
- Recruitment Process: Easy online recruitment process (phone call interview)
- No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things!
- Work 8h a day 5 days a week
About the project:
You will be supporting Dutch-speaking clients of Netflix a subscription-based streaming service that allows its members to watch TV shows and movies on an internet-connected device.

Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues
- Provide information on subscription plans
- Assist with account management and billing
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
What you will need:
- Fluent level of Dutch language (at least C1)
- Good level of English language (at least B2)
- Communication skills
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
- Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
- You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there - with our excellent relocation package!
What you will gain:
- Full time contract with a Greek employer
- Standard salary of 1500 gross x 14 months
- Up to 10% of the base salary gross as a Performance Bonus per month for results from work and meeting expectations
