Job Description

Position Responsibilities:
Continuously evaluates and improves the DevOps processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinates the automation of manual and repetitive tasks applying tools like Ansible Puppet or Chef.
Implements and manages containerization technologies such as Docker Kubernetes.
Manages and optimizes cloud infrastructure and services on platforms ensuring the security and scalability of cloud-based environments.
Creates and maintains comprehensive up-to-date documentation accessible to the team for configurations processes and procedures.
Implements and enforces security leading practices throughout the development and deployment processes.
Implements infrastructure as code (IaC) principles for automated provisioning and configuration.
Required Qualifications:
.7 years DevOps experience
Experience in designing improving and operating CI/CD release pipelines
Experience with TeamCity and its API/pipeline as code capabilities is a must.
Experience with containers and container orchestrations systems such as Docker Kubernetes (AKS) HELM & GitOps
Experience with version control tools such as GitHub.
Experience in Jenkins & GitHub Actions.
Experience with cloud services and operations preferably in Azure
Experience in OS platforms such as Linux Unix and Windows
Experience working in teams using agile methodology
Experience in Unix/Linux
Experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell Python or Bash
Experience in Artifacts Management tools such as Artifactory.
Experience in Database Technologies such as MS SQL SQLMI Oracle DB2
Experience in Security and Code Quality scanning tools such as SNYK Contrast and SonarQube
Good understanding of programming languages like C# Java JavaScript Python Go and .NET Frameworks.
Emphasis on automation
Preferred Qualifications:
Development experience in Java C# or
Experience using JIRA ServiceNow PowerApps
Azure Certifications: Azure Fundamentals; Azure DevOps; etc.
DevOps/DevSecOps Certifications
ITIL Certifications

Salary range is expected to be between
$75880.00 CAD - $140920.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
