The Marketing & Digital Experience portfolio exists to enhance UNSWs global brand reputation and supports its Progress for All strategic plan by focusing on audience centricity and leveraging advanced marketing content data digital experience and student recruitment functions. This team aims to create sharper brand distinctiveness amplify the universitys expertise and foster deeper personalized relationships to achieve both commercial and societal impact outcomes.
The Marketing & Digital Experience portfolio has four pillars: Marketing & Content Digital Experience Strategy & Performance and Future Student Recruitment with offshore China and India operations also reporting into the portfolio.
The Web Producer plays a key role in the Digital Experience team and is responsible for optimising the performance of our web environment through maximising lead generation and enrolment conversion for the future students audience in support of achieving international or local enrolment targets.
The Web Producer reports to the Web Lead and has no direct reports. This role is fixed term until end of May 2026 (no possibility of extension at this stage).

We are looking for someone who has great communication and interpersonal skills who is aligned with UNSWs vision and values and comes with:
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday business hours. The job cannot be done fully remotely (two days a week on campus at this stage).
Candidates will need to have full working rights this role is not available for sponsorship.
