Location: Newcastle Central Coast & Hunter Region NSW
Employment Type: Full Time or 4 days Part Time

Are you a values-driven leader with a passion for delivering high-quality aged care services in a culturally diverse community Mosaic Multicultural Connections is looking for a Manager Aged Care to lead our dedicated team and drive excellence across our aged care programs.
About Us
Mosaic Multicultural Connections is a not-for-profit organisation that supports culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) individuals and communities. Our aged care services are person-centred and focused on enabling older people to maintain their independence dignity and cultural identity.
About the Role
As the Manager Aged Care you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality culturally responsive community aged care services. You will oversee key programs including:
- Support at Home (formerly CHSP and HCP)
- Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS)
- Sector Support and Development (SSD)
- Nursing Support
Youll drive service innovation ensure compliance with the Aged Care Strengthened Quality Standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement and client-focused care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all aged care services
- Lead and support a team including Care Coordinators Coordinators of ACVVS and SSD and the Care Support Coordinator
- Ensure program compliance quality assurance and positive client outcomes
- Manage budgets staffing allocations and service utilisation
- Drive continuous service improvement and prepare the organisation for aged care reforms
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for the needs of CALD older people
What Youll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Health Aged Care Social Work or related field
- Minimum 5 years leadership or management experience in aged care
- Deep understanding of the Aged Care Strengthened Quality Standards and reforms
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to culturally safe and inclusive service delivery
- A current drivers licence and willingness to travel across the region
