Job Description
Description of the role:
University Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team in Ypsilanti MI. As a Home Health Aide you will work with patients in their homes to provide assistance with daily living activities and personal care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming and dressing
- Help patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Assist with medication reminders and monitoring
Requirements:
- Able to work independently
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
