Position: COOP/Contingency Planner Location: Peterson SFB CO Clearance: TS with SCI Travel: 15% TTC is currently accepting applications for a COOP/Contingency Planner. Selected Candidates conducts research and technical analysis of CCMD and USSF plans focusing on current and future space assets systems and tactics techniques and procedures (TTPs). This role supports HQ SpOCs planning efforts by providing actionable recommendations and technical assessments. This is an on-site position located at Peterson SFB in Colorado Springs CO. This position is contingent upon contract award Responsibilities: - Conduct research and mission analysis for 1-3 CCMD/USSF plans per month to ensure mission alignment.
- Analyze plans against design/deployment documents for current/future assets systems and TTPs.
- Provide written responses and recommendations to improve planning efficiency.
- Support joint and contingency planning by analyzing impacts to the warfighter (1-3 documents/month).
- Contribute to Monthly Status Reports and Trip Reports with technical input.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols for classified material and CUI/PII.
- Support TDY travel and prepare trip reports within 5 days.
Required Skills Abilities and Competencies: - Bachelors degree in aerospace engineering military science or related field (Masters preferred).
- 5 years of experience in mission analysis or operations research preferably in DoD or USSF space programs.
- Knowledge of space systems capabilities and TTPs.
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills for producing assessments.
- Completed DoD AT Level I and IAA Cyber Awareness training.
- Active TS/SCI clearance
