Key Responsibilities
- Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.
- Performs waving functions based on the needs of the business.
- Monitors and directs tasks based on the replenishment waves.
- Works with the route to market team to execute TMS plans.
- Triages and fixes issues related to waving replenishment and chase waves.
- Communicates with the operations team to ensure the building flow meets the needs of the business.
- Monitors and directs tasks based on the chase waves.
- Communicates with building operations teams and the corporate distribution operations teams.
- Able to stand sit and walk for long periods of time.
- 1 year of logistics operations or inventory experience
- 2 years of technical experience in computers
- Forklift certification
