Job Responsibilities:
Talk to international customers on calls.
Make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls.
Solve customer questions and give information.
Keep records of calls.
Work independently and achieve targets.
Who can apply:
1 to 5 Years of experience in international BPO or call center.
Good English speaking and listening skills.
Age should be below 40 years.
Must have your own laptop/desktop and internet connection.
Experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
Monthly salary: 20000 to 70000 (based on experience).
Extra incentives based on performance.
Work from home (remote job).
Monday to Friday working.
Weekends off.
Good chance to grow in the BPO industry.
