Role: SEO & Website Marketing Manager
Location: Mannheim
Language: German (native)
WFH policy: Hybrid (3 days office flexible to pick your days)

Size and functions of local team: 400 FTE 300 in Germany 30 in Marketing
Role description
- Own global SEO strategy: on-page off-page and technical
- Drive organic visibility traffic quality and inbound lead volume
- Collaborate with content & regional teams on keyword strategy
- Manage website structure metadata & UX for SEO performance
- Report on KPIs and identify CRO opportunities

Must haves:
- 3-5 years SEO & website marketing experience (B2B/lead gen)
- Native German & fluent English
- Strong skills with Ahrefs Screaming Frog GSC GA
Nice to haves:
- B2B SaaS background
- HTML/CSS basics
- ESG experience
Salary range & secondary benefits:55-65k base ( VSOPs for great candidate)
Hiring process:
- 1 hour intro with Dunja (VP Marketing)
- 90-min case study with Dunja marketing team member
- Final 30 min culture chat with CEO
