Trinity Grammar is seeking an inspiring and strategic leader to take our renowned Rowing program into its next chapter. As the Director of Rowing you will be responsible for the delivery and growth of a high-performance sporting program that nurtures and inspires student development and aspiration. This role requires strategic leadership and program management skills coaching expertise and student and community engagement attributes to ensure the Trinity Rowing programme continues to evolve and thrive.
The Director of Rowing is a part-time role (0.5FTE) and is responsible for managing the resource and logistical requirements of the program whilst promoting and supporting the active engagement of students involved. This position may suit either a qualified teacher (where additional teaching opportunities may be available) or a professional staff member with a flexible work and leave schedule to support the demands of the role. We are seeking a leader with deep rowing expertiseideally with experience at the highest levels of school competitionwho can inspire mentor and elevate all members of the program.
