A Customer Support Specialist is the frontline connection between a company and its clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries resolving issues efficiently and delivering an outstanding support experience. At Style Netbox our Customer Support Specialists are vital in upholding our commitment to creativity and excellence by ensuring clients receive timely helpful and professional service.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat
Resolve client issues by identifying problems and providing accurate solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent client satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support tickets
Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve services and processes
Stay up to date with company products services and policies
Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through processes and answering questions
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree is a plus
Proven experience in customer support or client service roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with customer support software and CRM tools
A positive empathetic and professional attitude at all times
