Les sujets abords sont les suivants : les systmes de prise de dcision thique les interactions avec les parties prenantes et lengagement des actionnaires la responsabilit et la rglementation la transparence et la surveillance lanalyse du triple indice la gestion dans un contexte multiculturel le changement technologique et ses impacts sociaux et environnementaux et la durabilit environnementale. Le cours sappuiera sur des discussions en classe et des exemples dtudes de cas pour dvelopper les comptences managriales et les capacits de prise de dcision.

Excellente connaissance du contenu du cours dmontre par lenseignement de cours similaires ou par de lexprience professionnelle rcente pertinente au domaine du cours.
