Oliver Inc. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our growing manufacturing team in Twinsburg OH. In this key role youll be responsible for forecasting planning and coordinating the production workflow across our facility to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

About the Role:
In this opportunity as a Production Scheduler you will:
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands while maximizing equipment and labor utilization.
- Translate customer orders and demand forecasts into clear production plans using our ERP systems.
- Monitor workflow and capacity across departments to avoid bottlenecks shortages or delays.
- Collaborate with operations purchasing and customer service teams to ensure all materials labor and equipment are aligned to meet production goals.
- Proactively communicate schedule changes that impact delivery timelines.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with department managers to minimize disruptions.
- Manage inventory levels by assessing material availability and demand including communication with third-party vendors or outside service providers.
- Recommend overtime or alternative plans to meet scheduling targets as needed.
About You:
Youre a fit for the role of Production Scheduler if your background includes:
- 58 years of experience in production scheduling or manufacturing operations.
- Associates degree required or technical school degree. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business or related field preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems production control and planning software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Windows-based platforms.
- Familiarity with purchasing and procurement practices.
- Excellent analytical organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic manufacturing environment.
