We are seeking a Director of Executive Operations to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing executive strategy cross-functional collaboration and organizational performance.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO CFO and COO as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. You will align leadership priorities oversee high-impact initiatives and manage communications that influence company-wide direction. This position is ideal for a dynamic proactive leader with franchise experience who thrives on turning vision into measurable outcomes
What Youll Do
Executive Leadership and Strategy
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO CFO and COO helping set and maintain strategic priorities
- Represent executives in internal and external meetings as needed
- Prepare executive briefs presentations talking points and strategic messaging
Project and Initiative Management
Lead and manage cross-functional projects including planning execution and tracking
Establish systems for project governance milestones and accountability
Identify risks remove barriers and ensure alignment with business objectives
Board and Governance
Prepare and coordinate materials and presentations for the Board of Directors
Track deliverables and follow-ups from board meetings to ensure timely execution
Franchise Operations Alignment
Support consistency and compliance across corporate and franchise operations
Reinforce communication processes and leverage field insights to support executive decision-making
Enterprise Communications
Draft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team
Support company-wide initiatives including newsletters announcements and town halls
Ensure all messaging aligns with company brand culture and strategy
Culture and Collaboration
Promote cross-departmental collaboration and a culture of alignment and accountability
Help communicate and prioritize company goals across teams
Act as a connector across departments to support team dynamics and remove roadblocks
What You Bring
7 to 10 years of experience in Executive Operations Strategy Consulting or a Chief of Staff role
Background supporting C-suite executives and managing complex cross-functional initiatives
Experience working in a franchise-based organization is required
Demonstrated ability to lead strategic projects and establish operational frameworks
Strong skills in preparing board presentations executive briefs and internal and external communications
Excellent relationship-building abilities discretion and sound judgment
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint Excel Word Teams)
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred
On-site presence in Tampa Florida is required (hybrid model)

Salary Range: $80000 $150000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
