Key Responsibilities in Wealth Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients
- Deliver comprehensive wealth management advice including investment retirement and estate planning solutions
- Understand client needs and provide tailored financial strategies aligned with their risk profile and goals
- Grow assets under management (AUM) by identifying opportunities for new business and managing referrals
- Monitor and review investment portfolios ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver holistic financial services to clients
- Stay current on financial markets investment products and regulatory changes impacting wealth management
- Ensure all client documentation and records are accurate and maintained in line with compliance standards
Skills and Experience Required Relationship Manager Wealth Management
- 5 years of relevant experience in wealth management private banking or financial advisory. Very proficient in English and the basics of financial concepts
- Proven track record in pre-sales or direct sales preferably in B2B or high-ticket B2C segments. Experience in customer service or relationship management will be preferred
- Demonstrable track record of building and managing client relationships within the financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of investment products financial planning and regulatory frameworks in the India
- Graduate/Postgraduate from with a specialization in Finance or Dual Specialization MBA are preferred
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with a commitment to delivering results and maintaining client trust
- Proactive organized and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic inclusive team environment
- Not suitable for candidates with only back-office or operational profiles or analyst roles
