The role
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for coordinating and optimizing warehouse operations ensuring efficient management of inventory receiving storage and distribution of goods. They supervise the logistics team implement continuous improvement processes and ensure compliance with safety quality and productivity standards.
We offer
- Full-time contract.
- Work location: Capena (Roma)
- Start date in June of 2025
- 27.445 gross annual salary.
- 39-hour work week Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with flexible hours (one hour less on Fridays).

Tasks
- Organize and coordinate with warehouse workers the processing packaging and shipping oforders.
- Organize stock and maintain inventories.
- Inspect products to discard defects and damages.
- Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Organize warehouse space.
- Receive unload and properly store incoming inventory items.
- Comply with all safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in logistics technologies and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to implement and optimize processes.
- Creativity initiative and adaptability.
- Leadership with high standards and a constructive critical mindset.
- Fluent English (required); Spanish (a plus).
Selection process
- 30 online interview with Eva Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- 60 online interview with the Logistics team. Possible resolution of a small case.
- 60 in-person interview with Ivan Country Manager in Italy.
